Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason with any product purchased through Sonsales.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the invoice date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the invoice with the return. Sonsales.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been damaged in any way.

Special Order/Custom Jewelry Return Policy
There is a re-stocking fee of $50.00 on all custom rings within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from invoice date any custom rings are non-refundable and unable to be re-stocked. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.

Guarantee and Warranty
We provide a 100% lifetime guarantee against defects of material and workmanship. If any of our products are found to be defective in any way we will repair or replace them free of charge. It is unlikely you will ever have a problem with our jewelry.
